HI

I had won three auctions from snapnames in April'13 after which they transferred the domains to the linked Moniker account. I did not check the domains after i won in April till July

Now that moniker account belongs to some one else and SNapnames has asked me to contact that owner and ask him to shift the domains ...

Obviously the owner is not replying back.

Can you suggest what i can do here and how to get my domains or money ???

I am currently also having major issues with this company all I can wish you is Good luck.

Have you contacted Moniker? If so, what did they say?

yes i contacted both snapname and moniker together...

i called snapnames and spoke to them for about 45 mins .. then they told me that they will investigate and tell me in few days.. so i waited... after a few days they replied bck saying that management team has investigated and you have to contact the Moniker account owner and ask him to transfer.

Has this issue been resolved? It sounds like a very frustrating situation indeed. Did the Moniker account belong to you when SnapNames first added the domain there? How did the new owner come to acquire the account?
