Snapnames/names2host.com - No Whois Data/auth Code

I regged a domain may 10 via snapnames and it was sent to names2Host.com registrar. Still no whois data, no way to get the auth code via the control panel, and neither Names2Host.com nor SnapNames will answer support requests.

as a first step I had to file an ICANN complaint over no whois data. What a hassle. After all these years I can't believe this stuff is still happening.

The good news, I got the auth code.

The bad news ... there is still not whois data so I can't transfer the domain.

Somehow Tucows got the info to start the transfer even though the whois says "not found"
