Did you try telephoning them? That might be quicker. They're on the west coast, so need to call when they're awake. :)

You might want to contact your new domain's current registrar support first becuase once the domains are registered it's out of SN's hands. The admin email is the important part to the registrar, if that's OK half your trouble is over.
