Well for me 100% responsible is not Onlinenic but that crazy Verizon lawyer. Because he is presenting them as they are same case as the Belgiumdomain group. But they are not - there is big number of legitimate companies there, lots of Snapnames drops etc. They were never some phoney registrar like Belgium, they were real registrar. This Verizon lawyer is a cyber terrorist, hope soon some car will hit him or another accident. Karma thing, you know.
 
Judging by the SnapNames.com premium selection of domain registrars, am I correct to assume that all you need in order to attain ICANN accreditation, is a semi functional computer?

Pretty much. That and around $15K.

But, yes, Verizon is responsible for the injunction against transfers. So if you can't move your domain names from OnlineNic, now you know who to contact.
