For Sale snaps.com expiring question- does anyone know the answer

if i become a platnum member i see that snaps are only 39 bucks the first week. can i buy snap credits at 39 or do i need a specific domain- since i know i can only change them a total of 3 times , i dont want to waste the first 1..


also by changing a snap 3 times does that mean in a sense 2 changes -the original names and 2 changes for a total of 3 or the orig name and 3 changes for atotal of 4
