The name has been parked with Parkingsite for 1 month. For 4 days of that month it was parked with ND as I tested the waters. The stats for the four days are listed here in this Screenshot 3.

As can be seen in screenshot 3, there was 1 day where it earned a very high click rate of $3.38 from one click. I did not add this in my calculation the $4.43/month figure because that very high click doesn't seem to be the norm and would screw up the numbers.
