I'd appreciate it if you could get straight to the point, rather than paste a whole essay in my face. What exactly are you trying to say?

On July 27th You (or the person you bought this from) claimed this site was three months old, today just 3 weeks later You (or someone else) claim it to be 8 months old.

I need the details in several areas cleared up.

It is indeed 8 months old. The traffic stats start from January 1.

Description:

Snurff.com is an 8 month old toplist site mainly based around directory sites. The SiteBroker.org banner has to stay up until the end of the year.

Reason for sale:

Raising money to experiment with marketing and earning from other CPA programs on CJ and on Adzoogle.

I just recently acquired this site and the main reason for me reselling this is because I was declined by NetQuote on CJ. This is the program that the site uses to generate revenue. I'm not sure why I was declined, but I'm thinking it's because I'm a new member to CJ and my network earnings are low, or maybe it's because of my location. I live in Australia. I then tried applying for the Geico affiliate program on CJ, but was declined yet again.

I am now passing this on so that maybe someone with experience with insurance CPA programs, or just CPA programs in general, can make some good money from the site.

********** REMEMBER ***********

Remember, if you have any doubts or concerns, we are more than happy to address your issue if you can take the time to contact us through our contact us page:

************************************************
Revenue Details:

This site has made $420 in the last month through an insurance quote program on CJ. The revenue is made through the subdomain http://geiko.snurff.com

For this month, it has made $49.00, and that was on August 3rd. Since then, the previous owner dropped out of the program so that he would no longer be earning the money that I was supposed to be earning from the site, so I have no further stats of revenue other than what's already provided.

The subdomain only started to generate revenue a month ago because that's when it started ranking for the term "Geiko" in both Yahoo and in MSN. I'm sure if you get some high PR links, you will start to rank in Google and that's when you'll be able to make some REAL money with the site.

Geiko is a typo for "Geico", which is a popular insurance quote website. People often mistype it as Geiko and this is what leads them to our site. At the time of this post, it is ranked #6 on Yahoo for "Geiko" and just about the same position for "Geiko" on MSN. Once it starts to rank on Google for the term "Geiko" then the money will really start pouring in.

How it makes money is that when the visitor goes to http://geiko.snurff.com and clicks on the Go button, it takes them to an insurance quote form on NetQuote. They then have to fill it out. Once they've filled it out, the revenue comes in.

Ever since I acquired the site, I have linked to http://geiko.snurff.com from my signature at various forums. This has helped with the search engine placing on Yahoo and on MSN. Before it used to be at the bottom of the first page of results for "Geiko", but now it is nearing the top.

For anyone that's seriously interested in this site, I would recommend the following insurance quote programs on CJ:

- NetQuote (The one currently being used)
- Geico (This would obviously generate a good CTR since that's what the visitors are looking for when they type "Geiko" into Yahoo and MSN.)

I'd also recommend taking a look at Kanetix - http://www.kanetix.com

If you know your thing when it comes to CPA programs, you can definitely make some good money from this site. Unfortunately, I am still new to the whole CPA scene and only in my experimenting stages.

I can in no way guarantee that you will be accepted by NetQuote, but if you aren't new to CJ and already have good network earnings, chances are you'll be accepted. It's always worth a try even though you may be a new member at CJ. You can try applying to the NetQuote program before you make an offer. I would also recommend checking out the Geico program.

Traffic Details:

Since it is a toplist site, the traffic can be fluctuated. To be realistic, the traffic the site receives each day is only around 500 or more unique visitors.

The traffic going to http://geiko.snurff.com is mainly from people typing in "Geiko" into Yahoo and MSN.

I don't think I'll accept as I already have an offer at $1100.

This is still for sale with the BIN at $2000.
