(sorry if this is low content)

Just registered and logged in after kind of forgetting about this site for years. Nice to see some familiar usernames and some old ones too

Glad to see everyone is doing well

Hello there,

I think you will see more of the old crowd coming back now that DN is stable.

I hope so, In the absence of a purely dedicated .CA message board, a dedicated piece of an existing site is better then a 1000 page thread

I know, that topic is getting out of control, can't find anything because it's too large.

I was quite vocal about getting a .ca section here and I might forward my dn.ca here if things catch on.
I'm toying with launching a .ca or supporting this one, still have to ponder that a while but nonetheless the constant deleting and closing topics on the other site has made me stop posting there. Content is king and for the life of me I don't understand why a site that lives on content is so keen on deleting it or closing down viable topics.

c'est la vie here we are....

Welcome back Spex. Always good to see an old timer back in the fold.

AFAIK we had a dedicated .ca forum on DNForum.com since mid 2006. But thank you for the push ;)

HeHe... yes that is right... what I meant to say is I was pushing to get the .ca section represented on the main board with a link of its own.
Next step is to make an address that clinks directly to the .ca section.

Something like ca.dnforum.com or dnforum.com/ca

Seems like Mr Dicker is still directing dnforum.ca to the .com instead of to the .ca section.
