Sarcle, that is the point with the multiple registrations. It was already explained in the other .es tread here in the forum.
someone else got the name, when the registry do not get the money for this name, they will take the next one in the queue.
and there are also some names that are forbidden to register.
A client of mine got nom.es, it was resolving for 2 days, registry took it away from him after two days. If you check now the whois for nom.es you see a pdf with rules.
