My appraisal slightly higher than jim's, and considering it's a .net (but softwaredownloads.org, software-downloads.com/net/org/info all taken), I will say $50-150.

can't say its worth that much......develop it so it has some traffic and then it will be worth something.

As it is, maybe $50, but not worth the hassle as chance of resale will be low.
