Just for some background info, Production Agriculture and Specialty Agriculture are basically the two major types or categories of business farming.

Production Agriculture is basically your major crops - corn, potatos, soybeans, etc.

Specialty Agriculture is a lot of your fruits and nuts - almonds, strawberries, peaches, table grapes, etc.

I don't know if this changes any valuation, but since domainah said these sounded awkward, I wanted to make sure that people knew that these are common terms that are in use in a major industry.
