Congrats Beachie - that's a great one! Shows Snap can still score.

Thanks Duke! :) Snaps are still worth every cent..

Cure.net had a genuine $800 bid at NameWinner two days ago (it now has one of those strange $2002 bids)..

Beachie, cure.net is catchy ... Congrats!

Cure.net :)

Congrats Chris - that's great news!

Will somebody please tell me what the heck an "Emeril" is and why it is worth so much?

Hahahaha yeah, nice work :D

BTW, Emeril Lagasse is some famous chef, with a TV show. He also has his own line of saucepans, so perhaps I can flog him Saucepans.com :)

http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/94373.htm

Emeril Lagasse COMPLAINANT vs. VPOP Technologies RESPONDENT.

"It is therefore ordered pursuant to Rule 4(i) that the domain name emeril.com registered with the Respondent be transferred to the Complainant."

The guy may be able to cook, but he obviously is none too smart.

Jeesh...

Good thing I wont have it long enough to be bothered with that!

Hehe :) I thought it looked familiar.. Probably gets some typo traffic - he's using the wrong domain (emerils.com - alexa rank 17,572)..

Just don't point it at anything cooking related and it should be OK :) Or, on the other hand, try your luck..

That decision was in 2000, and it's only just been released from the respondent.. (it was still using vpop's nameservers..)

double jeopardy might be a valid defense

or plead insanity
lol

food poisning is rough

Congratulation, Beachie! Great name!
It looked a good day for SnapNames;

apollo.net
cure.net
fans.net
importance.com
joints.net
pasts.com
phantoms.net
prawns.net
saver.net
wafers.net

Are people REALLY putting snapnames on shit like that?
