After hanging here for some days I've come to the conclusion that 95% of the appraisals given here are based on 'reseller' value, or to put it in layman's terms, for how much it should be sold to another domain name speculator just like you. I've also noticed that the majority of people that come here seeking appraisals really only want to know how much their domains are worth to end-users, or retail market. Because of that, many walk away disappointed after getting the typical 'reg fee' appraisal. A little advice for some of you: domain name speculators are a bunch of cheapskates, always wishing to grab great domains at reg fee cost and then selling them for thousands, but hey so are you. Always keep that in mind when you come here looking for appraisals, or better yet, don't come here at all, and put your domains for sale for the price you feel it's right.
Either that or everyone here should start giving their appraisals based on end-user value. :-D
