Someone familiar with Paypal and Western Union ?

Hi,

since I'm somehow not able to add my new bank account to my paypal account I need someone who I could paypal a certain amount and who would then send me the money via Western Union (minus the fees of course).

Any kind soul willing to help ?

Are you located in the US? If so, have you considered applying for tha PayPal ATM / Debit card? It allows you to make direct cash withdrawals from your PayPal account at any ATM machine.
