How does Pool.com get these domain names? Are they all submitted by there currently registered owners or do they have some deal to buy them as soon as they expire before anyone else does? I am just curious.

Also, isnt $60.00 a little pricey to register?

Thanks in advance for your reply

Pool gets the names through the 'name drop' just like eNom Club Drop, SnapNames and other registrars. Yes, $60.00 is pricey and if it is a good name then you get to go through the '2-tiered' auction process.

If you want to get dropped names then go through eNom Club Drop. It is the best value for $10 + reg fee. Pool sucks.
