Someone wants to advertise on my blog for 1 year - how much should I ask ?

Hi guys,

quick question here , I have a financial / insurance / legal blog and someone wants to place an (unobtrusive) text link on it for 1 year, how much should I ask ? (not CPC/CPM)

Blog receives about 5,000 UV per month and the interested party is "a major brand in the travel industry" (using their own words)

Anyone have some experience and can help, much appreciated.

ask for around $30 > $50 a month, depending on placement.
