Thanks for all the replies. I sent the following e-mail:

We purchased this specific domain to use it for a site for our “National project” in the Netherlands and we currently do not plan on selling it unless an enticing offer was received to justify a change of business.

Regards,

WEBecri

Thanks 9888 & NameWolf

I will keep you informed!

What I do not understand is the following.

If you have a TM (for example YouTube) which had been filled after July 11th, 2005, you were not able to make a Sunrise registration. In the Landrush phase some one else registered YouTube.mobi. Why would you then be able to go to WIPO and claim you are the rightful owner of the YouTube.mobi.

I think simple: rule = rule and date = date. Unlucky for all the TM's after July 11th 2005... Or is this not as simple as that?

Valueable case for studying, thanks all.

Good luck!

my guess would be that they are gathering evidence for a $1500 WIPO claim, so as i said previously, be careful.

Exactly! Maybe you should ask for 1,000,000, not get it, get sued, loose the domain, cry, then start another thread about how you got a domain name taken from you! ..or not.

I think your email reply was 1000 times better than it would have been had you not started this thread. Good work imo. Take great care again if you have to follow it up. Now all you need to do is ask for this thread to be removed :)

Because .mobi is 'nothing' compared to trade mark laws.
