Sometimes I have to laugh at mis-typed / mis-spelled tickets..

I see a ticket in the queue for one of my team mates:

"Power chord is not working" (I think they mean the power CORD is not working).

I should send the user an email saying "get rid of the third and add an octave to get it to work - distortion will really help, too".
