I thought this was a nice pick up as a drop. The real estate market down here is insane, and even if the bubble bursts, there are thousands of new units being built, including many lofts. Two large loft buildings are being built right behind where I live, and probably a dozen more within 5 miles, and that is just a small subsection of Miami.

So, thoughts for resale to a broker or developer?
