actually, i looked it up and southpark isn't trademarked. I don't think they can trademark it since southpark is a real city.

that link is not working.....i used nameprotect. I don't see how there could be a trademark issue if it is the name of a city. Could somebody make a tv show called new york and trademark the name new york and then sue the new york times or the new york yankees??
