Hi there,

Just wondering how much does "spam.org" worth?

Actally I was the owner of the name & was trying to sell it on afternic and ebay but no one interested.

Finally i sell it to the current owner at low price. :dead:

probably 2-5k

.org extension works well with this one

Great name. How much did you sell it for?

You could seel it to some anti spam organisation for much more ;)

or to some spamer community for even more :]

I feel for you, but if you needed the bucks... you needed the bucks. I would have thought this name could have gotten $1000+... but you'll make it up on your next sale. :)

i feel quite regret .. sigh ...

well don't feel bad 300 is still a fair amount.

Pity I don't look for domains on ebay, I would have paid at least $500 for it.

Ohhhhh! $300 stings for a name like that. Sucks!

Jesus!
i should keep it!!
i should keep it!!
i should keep it!!
only foul language can express my feeling right now. it is allowed here?

BTW, the name is now reselling on afternic, $1000.

omg! $300!!

That was WAY too cheap.
But hey, atleast you made money!

you are right
ok forget about it.

one more thing ... i used that name for free mail portal. i parked it at outblaze.com and attracted 4000+ members. finally the service provide shut it down without notice. may be ... too many spams :)

spam.org = mail server for spamming :)

I was just reading today about this woman who makes $200,000 a year spamming people from her basement. Spammers are scums of the Internet that are starting to face the wrath of companies and governments everywhere, so you don't want no association with them.

AntiSpam.org would be much better.

Spam is actually a registered trademark for canned pork, so I think you are playing a fine line here with the value of that name.

Darn, wish I had known. I would have given 300 in a heartbeat for it.

-Bob

hell, even I would have payed $300 for it
