and you offered 40$ for música.ws but at...02-04-2007, 04:13 AM

música.ws was a mistake, i am sure you typed it by error, but you did it 2 days later....

I posted the offer on the 4th of feb, so if there are no more offers after the 6th, I claim the domain.

That is exactly what you have done with músicalatina.com (which I have no interest in) but you placed your offer on the 2nd, so you claim by the 4th.

There is no error, you bought músicalatina.com for $40, rawkinrich bought música.ws for $40.

BottomFeeder, you are obliged to sell the domains as per your initial post for the prices stated, regardless of "because I was lazy and didn't feel up to putting individual prices."
It is plain for all on this forum to see the terms of the sale and the outcome.

alright, I get what mulligran etc. are saying, it's just a little more complicated than what's evident. Richard first contacted me by pm offering to buy it for $40. I told him to go ahead and post his offer on the thread, which he didn't do at the time. Richard sent me another message saying "my offer still stands," to which I replied "thanks then. I'll hold onto it." Only after which he posted the offer to the thread, which I then ignored.
when later i sent him a message offering it for 100 bucks, it wasn't to try and shake him down for more; that's just the lowest I would sell for.
