okkkk then... seems as if i have been done over here :S. My partner "well someone i was selling the domain for" asked me to post it for him here as he cannot afford fees (App hes broke).

You need to follow the forum rules. If you don't own the name then you can't not post the name for sale here.
You have to post in the Brokerage section and have to clearly state that you are a broker.
We have no way to know you are a partner with the owner or not.

You dont seem to understand, this guy i'm selling it for i talked to on ********* a few weeks back, He said he cannot afford to sell it on SP as he does not have the listing fee's. So i said i have an exclusive account at DNforum, and i would post it on here for him as a percentage.

So basically, we have all been ****ed with. Including me. thank god this didnt go any further, now i know why he didnt want to use escrow.
