Very brandable but unfortunately very old (circa 1988) exact match live TM. Try to sell it to them for low price and maybe they will prefer to buy it from you than pay a golden lawyer. Out of curiousity submit it to brandable names marketplaces and see what they reply (they say that they carefuly check for TM issues). You can also try to list it somewhere for sale, as there might be a buyer that doesn't care.
