We have just published a new special report on the UK domain market and the .co.uk country code at DNJournal.com. The article was written by Daniel Law, Sedo's Director of English Operations. Law is directly responsible for Sedo's UK division and he makes a persuasive case for future appreciation in what is now the world's 3rd largest TLD. He'll tell you the pros and cons of investing in .co.uk and show you how it stacks up against the competition. Read all about it at www.DNJournal.com .

(Scroll down from the Cover Story and it is the Special Report in the right hand column.)

Moral of the story - Nominet should upgrade their domain management system prompto. I would suggest they just use the Afilias thick registry system like PIR.ORG is doing.

No doubt about it. I can't believe that in this day and age and registry is still making people going through a process that takes weeks just to change the ownership of their domain. I would be interested in buying some .co.uk, but until Nominet moves into the 21st century I'll probably remain on the sidelines.
