spidertrap.php domains dropped from google

Hi, I saw this issue mentioned in another thread but I am not sure what the latest is. Some of my parked domains are being dropped from google that were previously referenced with spidertrap.php. They no longer show up in google using the "site:" command so I am assuming they are completely gone from google's index. Are these now "banned" from google permanently or will they come back with a resubmission request?

I'm still seeing the spidertrap.php for some of my domains when checking without the "site" command.
