Update - this domain name splendidgift.com finally breached the 25+ unique visitors a month mark and is now making $2 per month
Maybe I didn't pay too much.

Well you're making more than your reg fee which can't be a bad thing. I think you probably paid about right, be happy

Actually I paid about $100 for this name through snapnames bidding. So I'm still a bit further away from recouping my investment - at this rate it would take me about 4 years but I am sure this will pick up a bit more.

I might even be interested in selling it for what I paid for
