High offer via e-mail 7K. Paid more of this gem. It has never been for sale since 1994. Could make an amazing travel site for last minute spontaneous travel.

I don't doubt it is a gem, however external offers (outside of the forum's posts/PMs) have the tendency to freeze a sale's potential. If that matters, $7k is too low, and I'd value the domain at least $25k at this point.
