Think the domain is pretty good... the new page via NameDrive is even hotter!

Question is, with this kind of domain, should I develop or park?

TONS of relevant links via parking, no "general" stuff...

Your thoughts?

Squirterz.com is HUGE!!! Traffic, so far, to my .net is looking really strong. And with the awsome new Lander at NameDrive, my conversion has been really good.

Maybe I should be trying to contact the owners of the .com?
