Just looking to get an appraisal on SSERV.com

The domain has been registered since June 1996. Traffic is currently several thousand visitors per month. Page Rank is 3 (was a page rank 7 approx 4 years ago, maybe that could happen again with redevelopment).

Please let me know what might be a fair asking price for this domain.
