The Stafford Loan Program is Federally run and is the most widely used college student loan. When those students graduate they are bombarded by offers to consolidate their Stafford loans because the gov't backs them.
This is parked at Sedo and gets over a hundred visits per month. If you check the wayback machine (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://staffordconsolidation.com), you'll see this was a developed site since 2002... so it probably has a decent number of inbound links, but I've yet to have it on a server with any Analytics. If I don't get any decent offers here, that will be my next step.
