I used to work in Stamford, very expensive area. Can't live, only work there. LOL. Anyway, I have seen recent sales of country .net geo's so that would establish a top price. The prices for those have been around low xx,xxx. I would say state and city geo's would only be worth a fraction of a country geo sporting the same tld.

Look for this one to fetch xxx to x,xxx.

Stamford.com is undeveloped also, I think if that were developed it would increase the value of this domain also because a buyers choices were be limited.

Depends what you paid. I don't see a lot of interest in .net geo domains unless they are big cities. Too much time/effort to develop well to do it on a .net.

Seems you guys are bang on the money with your valuations...

No interest at $4.5k, so hoping that can flip for around the $3k mark.

A shame as will make a loss on this, but need the money for development!
