Hi,

Is anyone who uses stargate.com for domain registration having problems logging into their account. I have a bulk account and when I log in it doesn't show my domains so I can't edit them.

Tried contacting support yesterday but no reply - on holidays perhaps.

Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem.

Thanks,

Adrian.

That is my plan, I want to transfer all my domains to my enom account.

I finally got a reply from stargate after two days (I know its the holidays) asking me to email sales to add more money to my account.

As soon as I can access my account I'm out of there.

Wise move adrian,

We had a client once who wanted to change some contact information on his domain, so he contacted stargate about it, (the client didn't inform us or n e thing) and Stargate gave the client OUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD!!!

The client emailed us straight away stating that they could see and/or delete any no. of domains in our account and thought something about this was a bit fishy, so we fixed the problem and got out of there STRAIGHT AWAY

can u believe that?!

get out,
get out fast :D
