The space / bandwidth numbers only relate to the plan, the actual usage is much lower.

This site runs on reseller account with cPanel which costs $24.99/month for unmetered space and BW.

What's Included: Website, domain name, full rights to the company, template files included (PSD's etc.)
for the site design. The website is also set as an affiliate through template monster to offer website
template sales.

No scripts are used for signup, this is done manually.

This is a start-up (but cash-positive) web hosting business with considerable potential.
I would prefer the potential buyer purchase this site and continue to grow it as opposed
to purchasing it for the traffic only.

There are 694 links from other sites listed in Alltheweb, altavista, hotbot and msn.
Another 194 links from Yahoo, and 0 from Google. I have been submitting to google to
crawl the site however I haven't seen a visit from googlebot.

I have been buying text links on lower / mid level websites PR4 / 5. Hand Submitting to
search engines / NO FAA links (Except 1 accidentally).
