Every state domain name .us is owned by each state government.

We own every state name .us with a 1 (number one) prefix

Example

http://www.1Florida.us

http://www.1NewYork.us

etc

We have a beta market in Florida for what we call a 'geo video portal' and we have gotten a lot of local businesses to join, so the business model is a proven money maker. Businesses want what we created the past six or so months in Florida and they are very happy with what we did for them.

We're looking for people in other states (not Florida) to basically copy our Florida Geo Video portal, in the beginning you show local businesses our Florida portal and say we're doing that in this state (New York, Texas, California, whatever). After a couple of months, you have a new geo video portal and don't even need to mention Florida.

The main thing is showing new clients how our old clients dominate PAGE ONE in serps at the major SE's. That is the hot button you push. LOOK MR. BUSINESS OWNER YOU WANT PAGE ONE AT GOOGLE? LOOK, WE DID IT FOR X and Y and Z, we can do it for YOU too!

Each state domain name in the .us tld with a one (1) prefix that we own, is being offered as a 'medallion', that means you have rights to use the domain name using our proven business model, the model includes seven levels of revenues from local businesses.

Anyway, these are 'brandable' state domain names, with a little local marketing, they will become busy state level geo video portals.

The public users have lots of free stuff, like craigs list classifieds, jobs, dating, etc to make them portals people will want to use.

The businesses get featured video position on the site, which eventually will be a nice place to feature local business VIDEOS. But the main selling point is our PAGE ONE seo/sem work.

So, this is a 'geo video portal' deal, we own the name, you get a 49% interest in the domain name and you get rights to use it promoting what we do, that is video development for local businesses bundled with seo and sem.

So you use the fact we have a local geo portal to help them get local exposure, but the main thing is we are very good at SEO and wholesale SEM and our video production for the price range is good.

Anyway, the geo domain name gets you into the doors of local businesses, then you show them examples of our clients and how we dominate PAGE ONE for them. You get the rights to use the Geo State Domain and also to say you're with PAGE ONE, our trade name for our SEO/SEM services.

Businesses pay us a lot of money to have us do our 'package' for them, we have a ton of very happy clients, so the beta market (Florida) has the referrals to repeat the geo video portal all over the USA.

Since we're doing this globally now, 1Florida.us is also trading as FloridasNet.com due to use owning many country plural net .com's

http://www.canadasnet.com

http://www.englandsnet.com

etc

But the US State Geo Video Portals will all use (1)statename.us as part of its marketing.

We own all the domain names to do this in every state in the USA. Some of the states we also own the .com as well as the .us as to a (1) prefix

http://www.1newjersey.com

http://www.1virginia.com

etc

Anyway, if you want to operate or own a local geo video portal with a proven business model, then PM me, when you speak to some of our clients and they tell you how much business we get them, you'll realize, this is exactly what local businesses 'need' to get relevant in new media (google, youtube, yahoo).

The medallion owner is responsible for local sales, we do the backend work (the video production, seo and sem and the web sites).

Medallion owner gets 49% of the gross sales, we get 51%.

So, if you want a 49% interest in a brandable geo video portal for your state, PM me, again, we own EVERY STATE NAME in the .us tld to do this, and now we have the proven business model to explode this all over the USA. We also need medallion owners for country level portals outside the USA. We own many of the main country plurals net .com to do this globally.

We're not really interested in 'out right' sales of these geo domains, medallion rights are being offered, but we can consider out right sales of the domains.

If you are business oriented and want to manage a small sales team in your state, this is a major opportunity.

To give you an idea of revenue

a. minimum SEO contract is 1K
b. video packages start at 2K
c. long term use rights of videos start at 2K
d. sem contracts start at 1K

So, minimum contracts start in the 5K range and can easily escalate to 10K and then there's the monthly carrying fees, our clients pay us X% to manage the wholesale SEM accounts we set up for them with the major SE's.

We prefer 'medallion' offers only on these domains, but, will entertain outright sales offers. So yes, the domain names are 'for sale' but since we have proven business models to go with each name, we would prefer to find a solid business partner to run each state portal, as to 'sales' and let us handle the back end tech work.

They're brandable prefix geo's 1+geo is a geo domain, maybe a prefix+geo if you want to get technical, but they're not geo+keyword domains, anyway, 1, i or e + geo is a brandable geo keyword.
