Approximately 2 million google results. All the other tlds were taken. There is ad support as well.

Overture has "State Emergency" - they could mean "State of Emergency" since that is the government declaration term as stated in Wikipedial.

State of Emergency fits well with the mobile wireless extension. If you do a search for "State of Emergency" and Mobile wireless you get numerous hits.
