For Sale Status of Domain

I am looking to grab a .org domain and the status shows:

Expiration Date:02-Aug-2004 08:36:19 UTC
Sponsoring Registrar:R21-LROR
Status:CLIENT HOLD
StatusENDING DELETE

How can this be both? After the redemtion period how can the client have a hold on the domain?

If it's in PD it will drop 6 days after the last updated date.

It's not 6 days for org domains. All org domains seem to have at least one other status along with PENDING DELETE. It doesn't really matter.
