SnapNames recently sued ICANN over the issue. I'm glad to have been a small part of the side that helped delay/defeat it over all these years.

ICANN is like helping many other registrars to go against Verisign and snapnames. On the other hand, VS & SN are pissed because ICANN does not respond to the issue of WLS.
