Although it is appraised at $ 8700, what would this be worth for a reseller and what is the best place to sell a stock related name
?

Thanks

Let me refrase; what is the normal profit margin for a reseller ?
Should I sell for half this amount or less even ?

$8700

I don't think you'll find a reseller interested in purchasing this name (as for me this is a $0 name).

Try to sell it to an end-user and if you're very very very very very lucky you can get something (100$ - 200$).

Good luck!

seriously dude. Try putting it for sale in the forum for $200 and see how many offers you get.

If you should get one (not gonna happen) just say you changed your mind and that you're sorry

a 10 letter .tv won't sell for more than $50, perhaps a little more elsewhere

Icehole, since the general agreement here seems to be; it's worth next to nothing..I'll just have to accept that probably it is, my doubt is based on the fact that it ís a generic name, that it ís an important subject directly related to money and that the extension is the next best thing to org/net/com, then how in gods name could it be worth less then the reg fee (50 euro's) ??
What would your estimate be for a name like www.stockmarket.tv ?

the extension is the next best thing to org/net/com

hehe, I hope you are joking

.tv is one of the worst extensions according to me and the majority of thie forum. .us .info and .biz .de .co.uk are all better than .tv

Actually, for once I am trying not to sound unpolite, I just want to tell you that an undeveloped .tv is always worth regfee

thanks

According to Greatdomains for instance, but they are probably joking and off course .tv sucks, no matter what, .us or .co.uk, although they are not even international extension kick .tv's ass ...... :|

Is this the arrogant "I know it all..so shut up" attitude I could have expected from such a forum or can you actually elaborate what you are saying?

again:
What would your estimate be for a name like www.stockmarket.tv ? ... nothing because you don't like the extension or nothing because is has no marketvalue ?

you sire, are very ignorant.

for an undeveloped .tv consisting of 10 chars, I give it regfee or less. PERIOD.

Read the forum and you will se.
The only reason more people aren't posting is to spare you the humiliation.

Have you not read the other peoples opinions, or have you just choosen to ignore them, since the are $50-$75 and $0?

Oh but people, let's NOT forget that the people who actually KNOW something about domains, unlike this place, have valued it to $8700

btw, did they just give you that number, or did they actually appraise it? If so, please show me how the appraised it, considering .tv doesn't sell
