SOLD at $50

Hey all,
I'm selling off one of my sites - http://www.stocksblog.us. StocksBlog is an auto-updating blog site (it updates itself every 6 hours via a cron job). It's been open (to the public) for just 14 days, and has already received 1,453 page views and 107 uniques (its Alexa ranking is 1,450,xxx). StocksBlog is indexed by Google, also.

The site is PPC optimised, however I haven't properly advertised thie site yet, hence assume no revenue.

To get the ball rolling, I'm accepting offers from $40 (with a reserve price higher than this, and a BIN to come).
Thanks,
Tristan

I've received a $10 low-ball offer; just a reminder that I'm looking for offers of OVER $35 :)

Why have a reserve price? If you have a reserve, say what it is... otherwise just have the minimum offer start at the "reserve"

Good point - I'll be sure to consider this for future sales :) It was mostly to get the ball rolling, however to protect me in-case I didn't want to sell at the offered price(s).
