hopefully Sedo is handling this issue better than Namedrive ,who never even responded after i told them about a stolen domain parked at namedrive !!

So far we don't know on whose account at Sedo the domain resides, let alone if the domain is in the process of being returned. It's clear that the current holder of Social.com, montel, is aware that the domain is not his - because he has allegedly reclaimed his money. It's up to Sedo's professionalism to block this domain from its current parking service.
