it's an expired domain with no traffic and the majority of the links are from website appraisals,forums, ip look-ups, old snapnames lists, etc


in addition to that, the domain has no appeal

imo...

Revenue is key. It's probably worth 12 months revenue. 5600 hits per month does not equate to a <500,000 Alexa rank, so expect that to drop off a cliff quickly. Residual linked and search traffic fades pretty fast in most cases.

You can probably flip right now for low to mid XXX and a domainer will try to squeeze some profit out of it by parking. What is it earning?????
