Hello ,
I received a strange email from Enom after a successful transfer of a domain name to
another registrar !

However there is no any cancellation or such problems or transfer back , but what is reason
for this email ? can any one explain this letter ?

(a reason that i think maybe true : we try The last phase of transfer (transfer-approval.com) twice with 3hour between each submit, maybe in first time domain transferred out and in second time when enom system try to transfer out that domain again and saw nothing there is nothing to transfer and then send this email automatically to me ? maybe! )

Email :

Dear Customer:

Thank you for your recent transfer request. We would like to inform
you that order #order_number# has been cancelled for one of the following
reasons:

- The order was not submitted
- The required fax authorization form was not received by us
- The order was cancelled by the customer

If you would still like the domains in this order transferred, please
submit a new order. If you have any questions please submit a request
to Technical Support via our web site.

Sincerely,
eNom, Inc.

yes, if you tried it twice, then you would have two submissions of record

one successful and one failure

check your transfer request logs to verify

Good Luck!
