Strato have terrible domain panel;
1- Domain panel haven't CHANGE NAMESERVER option. You must use Strato nameservers
2- Domain panel haven't any option about domain lock status
3- Domain panel haven't any option about send or show domain transfer auth code.
4- Domain panel haven't any option about change domain contacts

So,
Your domain is not yours. They rent your domain to you.
You cannot see any warning on their page about this *#@*%+# panel.

And, you see domain promotion (first year 4.xx$) but they charged 11.xx$ from CC

I wrote them for refund. I hope they can delete my domain and refund money to my card.

Somebody experienced with this company?

I wrote them about cancellation and refund. They are not working on nights and holidays. They replied after 32 hours as positive and they accepted my cancellation and refund request.

They cancelled my order, dropped my domain, and they promise refund cost to my card in 14 days.

Control panel sucks for domainers but firm seems trustable.
