Someone is interested in buying my whole site and/or the domain name. Would very much appreciate insight into what each would be worth so I can come up with a reasonable asking price.
* Site collects (collected) interesting locations in Google Street View.
* Launched the same day Street View was released
* Haven't updated the site in over a year
* Still gets around 500-700 visits per month now - up to 1000+ when Google releases an new country/region update - according to Webalizer
* Before, when I updated the site, I got 10x the traffic but the stats don't go back that far.
* Custom PHP/Python/C++ code to update the site
Any suggestions as to what a sensible asking price should be?
