thanks alot, im hoping... Hardest part is going to be traffic.. Never been one to start traffic from scratch, always buy old domains.... so sort of new territory.

Your welcome, thank you. Looking a few months down the road. Loans pay out pretty good, if you can customize the page good enough to get the top payers and if I can break into the search engines and start getting some traffic, I can see it working out pretty nice. I usually don't do this, usually buy old domains (which is easier). But I was browsing overture bids and some adsense keyword payouts, than I seen the lack of quality of the top 10 google/yahoo results, i gotta try it.
