Registration fee undevelop, But I will give you some facts:

A) It's long and not easily remember and I can even hardly able to make sense of it
B) It doesn't have much search volume to begin with...
C) Not even .com
D) Hardly (if it's possible) as a brand
E) I can go further, but I let the most basic appraisal website to do me a favour http://estibot.com/results.php?domain=Studentlettings.net

My opinion differs on this one, Student lettings are a big business and it is a big commercial market. The .net would lower the value a lot but would still thing an estimate of $400 - $600 may be achievable to an end user.

end user is hard to find or even to wait for..and as a matter of fact, price would be much high than 400-600 dollars to the right end user. but to resellers, reg fee to mid xx is my guess.
