Or more correctly that of the the former Soviet Union (USSR). They have started to take registrations recently at $100 a year at

Many good names were registered about a month ago. So one cannot get Lenin.su or Stalin.su and KGB.su is also taken. But they still offer communism.su and marxism.su for the $100 reg fee.
