Submittal Software?

Looking for some ideas on submittal software.

We have tried a lot of submittal software. The best results were shown by trellian products:

Trellian SubmitWolf - for regular search engines

Trellian ClassifyWolf - for classified ads

A must-do thing is inktomi:

Inktomi Search Submit

.. and always perform MANUAL submissions to major search engines!

tend to agree with jh3. as an early user of trellian i can tell you that it tends to develop no real traffic for a site (but affiliate links with trellian tend to do well).


if you just want a small utility to add a page to the majors you can get that anywhere for free...I have one I will gladly give you if you like.

this is the software i use:


GRSeo's search engine optimizer

webposition

html validator

GR's keyword density analyzer


Some of these (webposition) have a bit of a learning curve but i still think there is value in taking the time.


but in the end, it's like html...i use dreamweaver but you just have to know how to write it by hand in gold old notepad.

i strongly recommend that you dont use the agressive site submissions programs such as searchengineblaster. It may have got you listed back in the day but you are more likley to get banned from the SE now!

i wouldnt use any submission software
i run www.manual-submit.com and all the major search engines are listed there
