Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some appraisals for this domain name please:
SubPrimeForeclosures.com
HomeForeclosures.com sold for $90K earlier this year. I know the term "SubPrime" is not as common and not to expect those sorts of numbers, but it is the reason that so many homes are going into Foreclosure. They said we are at the highest rate of foreclosures in history, and August 2007 numbers have climbed significantly.
Please let me know what you think. I just listed the name on Sedo's featured list as well ... and wanted your thoughts on what sort of offers to expect.
